Performance-Based Fees Explained

Aligned incentives, clearly defined

GPT charges a performance-based service fee for providing the weekly Capsule feed, member area, and related resources. The fee is 5% of the realised profit on each completed weekly Capsule. Weekly amounts are totalled and invoiced once per calendar month, plus 15% GST — approximately 5.75% of monthly profits including GST.

When the fee applies

The fee applies only to profitable Capsules. If you have no realised profit in a month, no performance service fee is charged for that month. If a Capsule spans two calendar months, profit and fee are attributed to the month in which the Capsule closes. Calculations use official market closing prices.

• Profitable Capsule → 5% of realised profit counted toward monthly total
• Unprofitable Capsule → no performance fee on that Capsule
• Monthly invoice includes 15% GST on the service fee

Separate from membership

Membership plan fees cover administration and access on a fixed schedule. Performance fees relate to the strategy feed and website when you profit. Neither fee constitutes investment management, portfolio administration, or financial advice.

Transparency and reporting

Members report realised Capsule results so fees can be calculated fairly. We track Capsule multipliers and reporting status weekly. If you disagree with a calculation, contact admin with your broker records. Full details are in our Terms of Service and member onboarding materials.
