At Genuine Private Trading, we are committed to transparency and responsibility.

Important notice

Genuine Private Trading (GPT) operates as a private, invitation-only collective for friends and trusted connections. We are not registered with the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) and do not provide financial advice. All investment and trading decisions are the sole responsibility of each member.

Service fee

We charge a performance-based service fee of 5% on the realised profit from each completed weekly Capsule. Weekly fees are totalled and invoiced once per calendar month, plus 15% GST — approximately 5.75% of monthly profits including GST. No fee is charged on unprofitable Capsules. If a Capsule spans two calendar months, the profit and fee are attributed to the month in which the Capsule closes. A GST invoice is issued for all fees charged.
